| The internal architecture of VARILIGHT
transformers enables larger lamp loads to be dimmed because the load can
be calculated by adding the ratings of the lamps. With other compatible
transformers, the load must be calculated by adding the ratings of the
transformers. For example, a 400W VARILIGHT intelligent dimmer can be
loaded as follows:-
