When composing your message we'd really appreciate it if you could include as many technical details as possible describing your application, such as:

• The part number of the product (or a detailed description if you don't know the part number)
• Details of what the product is controlling (if it's a dimmer then the brand, type, part number and quantity of bulbs/lamps connected to the dimmer)
• If it's a V-Pro Smart dimmer then please also tell us the brand and model of the smartphone you are using to control the dimmer
